Here we explain what data Conta24 collects, what we use it for, and what you can do if you want to know more or request deletion.
1. What data we collect
Your account data (name, email), and the accounting data your organization enters: dues, invoices, checks, bank transactions. If you use company mode, also your employees' payroll data.
2. What we use it for
To operate the system, generate your reports, and provide support when you need it. We don't use your accounting data for anything beyond that.
3. Who we don't share it with
We don't sell your data to third parties. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email) only to operate the service, and under the conditions needed to protect your information.
4. How we protect it
Each organization within Conta24 can only see its own data. Access to your account is password-protected, and we work to keep the system secure while it remains in beta.
5. Your employees' payroll data
If you use the payroll module, you'll be entering data about your employees — not just yours. As the administrator of your organization, you're responsible for having their consent to process that information within Conta24.
6. Your rights over your data
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by writing to us directly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the system evolves. If the change is significant, we'll notify you through the site's channels.
