These terms explain how Conta24 works and what you can expect from us while you use the system. By creating an account, you accept what we describe here.
1. What Conta24 is
Conta24 is a Panamanian accounting system, operated by Solutech Panamá, built for homeowners associations and for businesses. It's currently in active beta: we keep adding and adjusting features while you use it.
2. Your account and access
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the actions that happen from your account. If you administer an organization within Conta24, you're also responsible for who you give access to it.
3. Acceptable use
Use Conta24 only to handle the accounting of your homeowners association or your business. You may not attempt to access data from other organizations, or use the system for purposes other than what it was designed for.
4. Your accounting data
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — dues, invoices, checks, payroll. Conta24 is a tool for keeping and organizing your accounting, not an accounting or legal advisory service; for important decisions, consult your accountant.
5. Beta service
While Conta24 is in beta, some features may change, be added, or removed, and there may be temporary service interruptions. We'll let you know through the site's channels when something important changes.
6. Limitation of liability
Solutech Panamá is not responsible for decisions you make based on Conta24's data or reports. The system is a support tool; final validation of your accounting remains yours or your accountant's.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the system evolves. If the change is significant, we'll notify you through the site's channels before it takes effect.
